    From DV to HD, the Galaxy 60 storage array is designed for high-end Digital Video, Broadcast, & Streaming applications where disc speed and network bandwidth are critical to workflow. Engineered in a slim, 3U enclosure, Galaxy 60 is a professional-level 2 Gigabit fibre channel solution that offers scalability and OEM compatibility.

    Offering 9TB of useable storage in arbitrated loop mode, and depending on your application and OS environment, virtually unlimited storage in Fabric Mode, the Galaxy 60 is ideal for either point-to-point workstation or SAN configurations. The Galaxy 60’s 2Gb open-backplane design is compatible with both 1 & 2 Gb drives, HBAs, and switch technologies; delivering 200MB/sec to 400MB/sec to 800MB/sec depending on the configuration.
